- Account data: name, email, company, role
- Company profile data: capabilities, certifications, geographies
- Usage and analytics data: pages visited, features used, session duration, traffic sources, device type, and general browsing behaviour (collected via Vercel Analytics in aggregate, anonymous form)
- Marketing data: access request form submissions including name, email, company, role, energy focus and message
- Uploaded documents: tender documents you upload for analysis
3. Why We Process Your Data
- To provide the Pelorc platform and its features
- To analyse tender documents and generate recommendations
- To measure website traffic, page visits, session duration and usage patterns (analytics)
- To process and respond to access requests
- To improve our service and inform product decisions
- To communicate about your account

5. Data Retention
Account data: retained while account is active + 12 months after deletion.
Uploaded documents: retained while in your workspace. Deleted within 30 days of removal.
Usage data: anonymised after 24 months.

7. Third Parties
We use: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI processing). All EU/UK adequate.
8. International Transfers
Data processed within EU/UK and US (Anthropic). Appropriate safeguards in place.
